Pricing and trial

Last updated

Whisperr has a free stage before the trial, a 30-day trial of a paid plan, and the paid plan after it. This page says what each stage lets you do. Plan prices are on the Whisperr pricing page.

You can do the whole technical install for free:

  • create API keys,
  • install an SDK or let a coding agent do it,
  • send events and identify calls,
  • see on the Data page which sources and events arrive,
  • review the plan Whisperr builds from your events.

Whisperr does not charge for events, and API keys work in every billing state.

Before the trial, Whisperr writes no message drafts and sends nothing. The Messages page and the analytics pages, such as Users and Impact, open when the trial starts.

The trial is 30 days of a paid plan. Only a workspace owner or admin can start it.

  1. Open the Home setup step Review your plan and start your trial, or open Settings → Plan.
  2. Pick a plan and select Start free trial.
  3. Select Continue to Stripe and enter your card. You pay $0 today.

Each organization gets one trial. If yours already used it, the dashboard says “This organization has already used its free trial.”

Everything the paid plan does:

  • Whisperr writes message drafts when users match your interventions.
  • Messages go out through your own push and email providers once you connect one, turn on sending and approve them. See Troubleshooting.
  • The analytics pages, the full event list on the Data page and the Settings → Message rules open.

Settings → Plan shows the date the trial ends and the days left.

Whisperr charges for the users it covers each month. A user counts when your app identifies them and they send at least one event in the month. Anonymous devices do not count. Events themselves are not charged.

Each plan covers a number of users a month. Above that number, you choose what happens: Whisperr stops messaging above your plan and keeps collecting your data, or it covers new users up to a monthly spend limit that you set. See the pricing page for the plans and their prices.

The plan you picked continues, and Stripe charges its first fee to your card. To pay nothing, cancel before the trial ends.

If a payment fails, the workspace becomes read-only: “Billing needs attention. Data is readable, but changes and execution are paused.” Whisperr writes and sends no messages until you fix it. Select Fix payment in Settings → Plan to update your card in Stripe.

  1. Open Settings → Plan.
  2. Select Manage billing. Stripe opens: “Card, invoices and cancel are in Stripe.”
  3. Cancel the plan in Stripe.

If you cancel during the trial, you are not charged. Your plan runs until the end of the current trial or billing period, and Settings → Plan shows the end date. Until then, you can keep the plan from the same Stripe page.

After the plan ends, Whisperr stops writing and sending messages. Your data stays readable in the dashboard. To choose a plan again later, open Settings → Plan.
